Laura Elko, PT, DPT

Dr. Laura Elko, human movement specialist, has spent over 10 years analyzing movement. She received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (PT) at the University of Southern California and worked for Main Line Health and Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital for 10 years in the orthopedic and concussion based programs. Her primary focus is injury prevention and movement optimization. Dr.Elko's focus is enhancing the quality of movement to limit joint strain and promote recovery. She looks at the body as a whole. Dr. Elko's years of experience and commitment to life long learning have made her successful at rehabbing clients of all ages. Dr. Elko specializes in treating persistent pain, orthopedic related injuries and preventing or delaying surgical intervention.

Jillian Alati, PT, DPT

Dr. Jill Alati graduated with her Doctoral degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Over the past 10 years she has focused her career on improving the quality of life of clients with chronic neurological conditions. She worked for Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital for 10 years analyzing and treating various neurological and balance related disorders. She uses her expert manual facilitation techniques to help clients normalize their movement patterns to improve their ability to function in the home and community. Jill prides herself in pushing her clients to maximize their potential to help them attain goals they thought not possible. Jill continuously commits herself to increasing her knowledge base to ensure her clients receive evidence-based treatments to reach their goals.

Jessica Pellicciotta, MA, RD, LDN

Jessica is a registered dietitian and fitness professional. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Ecology and was a member of their field hockey team. She also holds a Master of Art Degree in Nutrition Education and Wellness Promotion from Immaculata University.

Since 2000 Jessica has been delivering wellness services to individuals, corporate clients, universities, school districts, and health clubs to help them establish and maintain their health goals. Jessica spent 10 years working as the Campus and Team Nutritionist at Villanova University. Her focus at Villanova was to inspire healthy eating habits in the students, staff and faculty. She also provided sports nutrition services to their athletes, teaching them how to eat for peak performance. Jessica has developed, delivered and managed wellness services in a variety of settings. She has presented nationally for many health and wellness organizations.

Jessica practices a holistic and integrated approach to wellness that honors the unique elements of each individual and incorporates her background in nutritional science as well as her experience in coaching hundreds of people towards living their healthiest life.


Carolyn McDonnell, Certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master

Carolyn has been practicing massage therapy for more than 13 years. Carolyn is licensed in PA, a member of the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork(NCBTMB), American Massage Therapy Association(AMTA), and is a Reiki Master. She is uniquely rounded in her enriched knowledge through Continuing Education.  Carolyn specializes in Therapeutic Massage, a style that combines an array of techniques and modalities.  She incorporates Deep tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Corrective Tissue, Cross Fiber Friction techniques while adding in Relaxation Techniques, Stretching, Traction, Reiki, and Petrissage.  Carolyn carefully listens to create an individualized plan to achieve the needs of each client’s natural healing processes.
